Please review the terms of our Live Arrival Guarantee on our Shipping & Guarantees page.

Where do the plants for sale come from?We source our plants from growers in China, Ecuador, Indonesia, and Thailand as well as local wholesalers. We rehab and acclimate all new plants for a minimum of 60 days to ensure their health before we list them for sale. Please see the Our Craft page for more information.

How will my plants be packaged? All plants are packaged with care to ensure they arrive to you safe and healthy. Please see our Behind the Scenes: Shipping and Shipping & Guarantees pages for a detailed description of our packaging process.
